Coffee Cat started the way all good things do: with obsession. We fell in love with the ritual of coffee, with the transformation that happens when heat meets green bean, and with the infinite complexity hiding inside a single cherry grown on a hillside half a world away.
Tucked into the heart of Tucson, our roastery sits where the Sonoran Desert meets an ancient crossroads of culture and flavor. We roast in small batches, guided by nose and instinct, sourcing only the most exceptional lots from the highlands of East Africa, the volcanic soils of Central America, and the sprawling estates of South America.
Every bag is a curated journey. We don't do ordinary. We hunt for the coffees that make you pause mid-sip and ask: what is that?
